Customer administration

Learn about the actions available from the Customer administration menu of the Wise staff client.

A customer can be selected by using Search customer.  For more information, see Search for customers. As soon as a customer is selected, the information for that customer will display at the top of the screen.

All further menu choices under Customer are performed for the selected customer. Only one customer account can be selected at a time in the menu. Selecting a new customer will replace the previous session. A customer session can be closed by going to Close > End of session.
