Customer batch changes

It is possible to change multiple fields on multiple accounts that share the same address. To batch change account fields:

  1. Navigate to the customer account that you would like to update. 
  2. Click Batch change at the bottom of the screen. 

     Note: If there is not a customer that shares the same address, you will see a message that says "No customer at the same address for batch changes." 

  3. The account that will be changed appears in red at the bottom of the Batch changes screen. If you would not like to make changes to this account, click No to proceed to the next account sharing the same address. 
  4. Click the checkmark next to the field that you would like to update. The following fields can be changed in batch:
    • IBAN (Not for use in US libraries.)
    • Direct debit settings (Not for use in US libraries.)
    • Telephone
    • Email
    • Branch/Stop place
    • Block web portal and self-service
    • General block
    • Address block
  5. After clicking the check box(es) next to the field(s) to be updated, you will see the current field and what the field will be changed to listed.
  6. Click Yes to save.
