Account changes tab

Learn how to view customer account changes in the Customer administration section of the Wise staff client.

The fourth tab on the Customer administration screen displays the changes, including date and time, that have been made at the service desk and the web portal.

The changes displayed include:

  • Customer data: changes of address, telephone, email, message preferences, etc.
  • Number of punches remaining on the punch card, purchase of punches, etc.
  • Card numbers (as a result of changing a customer card)
  • Library card costs, terminations
  • Date and time of sent bills for book replacement
  • Interest profiles
  • Participation in campaigns
  • Email address - a deleted email address remains visible here
  • School and student number

The data on this screen cannot be changed.
