Print customer materials
Customer details can be printed via customer administration from the Customer > Print customer materials menu.
The following information can be printed via this menu:

Library card |
Print a new library card for the customer. See Print a library card for more information. |
Proof of registration |
Print a temporary proof of registration card for the customer. This can be used until a permanent card is picked up. The Proof of registration form can be configured to include:

Proof of deactivation |
If the customer cancels their library account, but the card is still valid, the customer can be given proof of cancelation. The customer can transfer to a different library, if applicable. The proof of cancelation form can be configured to include:

Customer overview | List of items, library cards, holds, messages, and other customer information. |
Returned overview | A list of items returned by the customer. Only the items that have not yet been borrowed by another customer are displayed. This function can be used when items are returned via the book drop and the customer wants to see if the items show returned status (for example, if they left something in a book they returned). |
Checkout overview |
A list of the items that have been checked out by the customer. The list displays the item status:
The borrowing overview can be sorted by the due date, placement, medium, keyword, author, or title. |
Overdue overview | A list of borrowed items that are overdue. A specific period can be selected, but if left blank it will look at all overdue items. A note can be added to the overview to replace the standard text. |
Financial overview | Overview of the customer's financial activity. |
Historical overview | A list of titles that have been borrowed by the customer. This option only displays if the customer has enabled loan history. |
Log history | An overview can be made for the customer from the log file. The overview displays the date, title and circulation action, holds, reminders, and bills. |
Fines billing | A summary of the customer's outstanding fines and fees. |
Replacement cost bill | A prepared bill for the customer. See Create a replacement cost bill for more information. |
Direct debit authorization | Generate a direct debit authorization. |
Reading disability confirmation | Generate a reading disability confirmation. |
Online payments | List of all bank payments made by the customer, sorted by date. |
Digitally archive customer documents
Customer archives can be digitally archived. This feature allows libraries to save direct debit authorizations and reading disability authorizations. If these functions are enabled in your Wise system, when these items are selected from the Print customer details menu a pop-up message will display with options associated with the document. Select the form you wish to print and click OK to print the message.
Once the customer completes and returns the printed form, it can be added to the customer's account from the menu Customers > Import data > Import customer files
