Hold requests overviews
Hold request overviews provide access to a number of reports about hold requests. Wise uses a reports generator that is linked the staff client. The reports generator ensures that all data is retrieved and presented in the correct manner. Once all data is retrieved and the report is compiled, it will display in your web browser. - Learn to generate an overview providing a list of titles for which the stated minimum number of hold requests is open per branch, with data on the customers who placed the holds.
- Delivered objects
- Generate an overview containing the count of materials supplied to the network by the selected institution/branch.
- Processed holds
- Learn how to create a report containing the number of processed hold requests within a specified time period.
- Canceled shelf holds
- Create a report of holds that were canceled by the customer, with the cancelation reason included.

- The Transport overview ILL requests and deliveries is not currently in use by US libraries.
