Delivered objects
The Delivered objects overview shows the count of the materials that have been supplied to the network by the selected institution/branch for hold requests in a certain period.
Note: Hold requests that were processed more than a year ago are archived. These requests are not included in the overview.
- Go to Hold requests > Overviews > Delivered objects. The Delivered objects screen opens.
- Provide overview information.
Field Description Institution Choose the institution for which to view holds requests. Leave this section blank to select all institutions.
When selecting an institution and Only totals for each branch of the selected institution, only hold requests are printed that meet the minimum number of hold requests.
Branch(es) Choose the branch(es) for which to view holds requests. Use ctrl+click to select multiple branches. If left blank, all branches are selected. Period (checkout date) up to and including Provide the checkout date period.
- Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.
The report displays an overview of hold requests by your selected sorting order. The following details are included in the report:
- Type/material/SCAT - information about the material
- Quantity - Hold requests for which an item was actually supplied are counted. The check out date determines the period in which the delivery is counted.
If you selected an institution instead of a branch, the overview displays the totals per branch of the institution. At the end of the report, the total count of the institution is displayed.
