Processed holds

Learn how to create a report containing the number of processed hold requests within a specified time period.

The Processed hold requests overview produces a report with a count of processed hold requests within a specified period of time. Processed hold requests are defined as requests that have an end date. The count is made per institution or branch, with the type of hold request and reason for processing. The report is based on the lending branch; the checkout branch is counted as well.

  1. Go to Hold requests > Overviews > Processed hold requests. The Processed hold requests screen opens.
  2. Provide overview information.
