Sign up for the newsletter

Learn how to import and sign up customers and non-members to receive library newsletters in Wise.

Customers and non-customers can sign up to receive newsletters from your library. When someone signs up to receive newsletters, they are assigned a role of NBRF.

  • Library customers with a newsletter subscription and a library card are assigned the NBRF and ABON roles
  • Non-members with only a newsletter subscription are assigned the NBRF role

Roles can be viewed in the Customer administration screen in the staff client on the Roles tab.
