Configure SMS messages for use with third-party provider CM.com

Learn about the configuration steps needed to use CM.com mobile messages in Wise.

The Wise system has the ability to send mobile messages to your customers using third-party provider CM.com. mobile messages are not sent between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am as to not disturb your customers during those hours. As a result, the Customer correspondence screen in the Wise client will display the following message during these hours: mobile not yet sent.

Please contact your implementation manager if you are interested in using CM.com.
