Local location management
Settings related to shelving locations can be defined in Local location management within the Wise configuration manager.
Labels are essential to the organization of your library. Local placement is defined in the Local location management tables. The rules defined in these tables help the library system keep materials in order. The system updates title information so that if there are changes to the title, the system has the ability to identify old labels, generate the new placement, and print new labels.
Labels are printed from the staff client. For more information, see Item labels.
