Session details

Learn how to view the session details of a working session in the Wise staff client.

The session details tab can be accessed in the Wise client at Branch management > Workplace management > Configuration. This area provides information about the login session. These details are not editable.

Fields Description
Wise URL Place on the server where the Wise files can be found
Branch Which branch is logged in
Institution Institution to which the branch belongs
Date Date of log in
Financial Org Financial organization to which the branch belongs
Cash drawer group Code to which cash drawer group the cash drawer for this session belongs.
Currency The financial currency you are using
Cash drawer options The cash drawers that can be used for the payment; these appear as options to choose from in the settlement block.
Extended return date The return date can be changed. By default, the return date is set to 6 weeks. This option only applies if the option Change return date or Extra renewal period are selected during checkout.
Local offline folder Folder where data is stored when working offline.
Global offline folder If no local offline folder has been created, the offline files are stored in the Global offline folder. this folder is located on the server. It is recommended to save the files in the Global folder.
Session number Session serial number
Sound Sound setting (on or off)
CFG file The path to the file where the configuration of this workstation is saved
Catalog definition The definition number with which the person logged in started the catalog. The definition contains the setting for menu options and catalog parts. Catalog definitions are defined by OCLC.
Basic birturl Address (URL) of the standard BIRT server.
Host birt  Address of the alternative BIRT server.
Client work folder The location of the work folder. Click Open to go directly to the folder.
Client cache folder The location of the cache folder. Click Open to view go directly to the folder.
