Workbench
The Marketing Workbench is the web interface used for managing campaigns and marketing emails.
The marketing workbench is a web interface for library marketers. The workbench consists of four main functions:
- Select customers
- Create and send email
- Manage campaigns
- View reports
These sections can be accessed by clicking on the category boxes on the home page of the Marketing workbench or from the drop-down list at the top of the screen from any page in the workbench.
Your library's Marketing Workbench URL will have the following format: http://[yourapplicationserver].prod.oclc.org/wise-apps/marketingworkbench/
Note: The marketing workbench works best in Google Chrome.
