Learn how to create and view marketing reports.

Reports and Statistics on campaigns, direct mail, and messages sent can be viewed within the Marketing module. 

Campaign and direct mail reports

Reports on either campaigns or direct mail can be viewed within the Marketing workbench. To run a report:

  1. Within the Marketing workbench, click the Reports and Statistics module. The Reports and Statistics page opens.
  2. Depending upon the type of action you would like to view a report on, click either Campaign or Direct mail. A list of emails appears to the right.
  3. (Optional) To narrow your results further, enter a Start date and End date in the period column. 
  4. Choose a specific Campaign or Direct mail from the list. 
  5. The overview appears. 

Campaign and direct mail report results

Field Description
Sent The number of emails sent.
Received The number of emails received by customers
Opened The number of customers that opened the email.
Links clicked The number of customers who clicked a link in the email.
Hard bounced

The number of emails with a hard bounce. The email address either does not exist, or the email server blocked the message. These emails will not attempt to be sent again.

Soft bounced

The number of emails with a soft bounce. The email was not received because the customer inbox was full, or the email server was down. Wise will attempt to send these emails again.

Logged out

The number of customers that unsubscribed from the list after receiving the email.

Marketing messages sent report

The Marketing messages sent BIRT report can also be produced from the Reports and Statistics page. To run the BIRT report, click the Prefer the Old report? Click here link in the bottom right corner of the page.

The Marketing messages sent report produces the following results:

  • ID
  • Description
  • Action date
  • Quantity
  • Status
  • Message number
  • Message job
  • Notification date
