Report manager
Report storage is managed the the Wise configuration manager at systemWise > Reports > Report manager.
Routing tab
The routing tab shows which alternative BIRT server a report is running on. The configuration on this BIRT server determines where the data is saved. A separate BIRT server decreases the strain of running reports on the system because they are generated outside of the production server. A replica server can be set up for running reports. Alternative servers are identified by the name birt, production servers are birt1.
If no route is defined for a report, the standard route applies (the production server is used). The list of alternative BIRT servers is presented in the Routing tab. The alternative BIRT servers also appear in the staff client in Branch management > Workspace management > Configuration on the Session details tab in the Basic birturl field. To create report routes:
- Select a report from the drop-down list.
- Select a host from the drop-down list.
- Click Add. The report is added to the routing table.
The following information displays for each report in the routing table:

| Report | Name of the report, including the report number. |
| Host | Name of the alternative BIRT server. |
| Description | Description from report-xml with which the parameter window is created in the client. |
| File name | Name of the report |
| Delete | Check the box to remove the report from the table. |
