Actions and campaigns
Actions and Campaigns settings are defined in the Wise configuration manager at systemWise > Marketing > Actions and campaigns.
Notification settings
Settings can be configured uniquely for each marketing message. These settings are used for setting up messages and control the days and times that messages are sent and which header, footing, and salutation are used.
To configure message settings:
- In the Wise configuration manager, go to SystemWise > Marketing > Actions and campaigns > Notification settings.
- Click Open next to your institution name.
- Click New to create a new notification setting.
- Provide details for the notification setting.
Field Description Code Enter a unique code Organization For which authority are the message settings intended? Description Description of the message setting (this is shown in the workbench, here the marketer can select an option when composing a marketing message). Unsubscribe link text Not yet in use. Right now, the Unsubscribe link is included in th style sheet and cannot be edited. This field is intended to allow edits to the text before the unsubscribe link. Sending days The days on which this marketing message type may be sent. Enter numbers to represent the days that messages can be sent:
- 0 - Sunday
- 1 - Monday
- 2 - Tuesday
- 3 - Wednesday
- 4 - Thursday
- 5 - Friday
- 6 - Saturday
Sending time Time range within which this marketing message type may be sent. Enter in the format of mm-hh: mm or as 09:00, if after a certain time. If the messages can be sent at any time, leave empty.
If, for example, something is received on Tuesday afternoon, it will be processed on Tuesday evening and will arrive on the next delivery day at the same time.
Salutation and addressing configurations Choose the desired salutation and addressing method. Marketing category Choose the marketing category. is campaign Check the box if this is a campaign message. - Click OK to save settings.

Discount campaigns
The Discount campaigns table is used to define details about campaigns used for discounts such as price, and the number of days that the campaign is valid.
Email format
The Email format table is used to define information for campaign emails, such as the stylesheet associated with the email.
