Salutation and address

Learn how to define the salutation in Wise marketing messages.

The Wise system has the ability to reference a customer's provided gender and age to determine an appropriate salutation. If your library does not configure a process for determining salutations, the system will use the default process, which uses the same salutation for customers of all ages and genders. Multiple salutation and address processes can be created for compiling an address and/or composing the header of a message.

Note: Salutations can be configured for notifications and reminders only at this time.
