Customer labels
Customer labels are defined in the Wise configuration manager at systemWise > Marketing > Customer labels.
Customer labels
Customer labels are used to classify customers in groups based on interests or demographics for marketing purposes. Labels within the groups are used to further classify users.
System tables
Within the customer labels section, the following system tables are available:
(TABTAG) Event genres for customer labels
For ticketing, the genres are set for each layout. In order to generate system labels based on these genres, the genres for which labels have to be created have to be defined at system level. This table indicates which system genre should be used to generate labels.
(TABTAS) Event types for customer labels
For ticketing, the activity types are set per branch. In order to generate system labels based on activity types, the activity types for which labels have to be created must be defined at system level. This table indicates which system activity type should be used to generate labels.
