Why isn't the popularity sort showing any physical materials in the OPAC?
Symptom
- When searching the web catalog and sorting by popularity the only results displayed are eMaterials (eBooks, eAudiobooks), no physical items.

Resolution
This can happen if your library is new to the Wise Web Catalog. The popularity sort may not have collected enough information from the circulation of physical items for them to rank high in popularity. Providers like Overdrive and Hoopla will overwhelmingly dominate the popularity sort for a while because they consider a much larger user base. Over time popularity results will adjust to include collective Wise libraries.
