Interlending
Use the Interlending report to create an overview of the number of loans in a period in the Wise staff client.
Interlending statistics provides an overview of the number of loans per lending institution/branch for a given period, broken down according to material type/institution per local branch or of the local branch. The lending branch is the branch where the lending transaction took place. The local branch is the branch where the item in question should be at the time of check-out.
Note: This report does not include renewals.
- Go to Items > Item statistics > Interlending. The Interlending screen appears.
- Provide the details for the report. Fields marked with an (*) asterisk are required.
Field Description Institution Choose the institution for the report. If left blank, all institutions are included. Branch Choose the local branch for the report. Use ctrl+click to select multiple branches. Only select if a specific branch should be displayed. If left blank, all branches will be included. Period* up to and including Period for which the report will be generated. Materials Select the materials for which the report will be generated. Use ctrl+click to select multiple materials. Only select if specific materials should be displayed. If left blank, all materials will be included. - Click Create report. The report is generated and opens in your web browser.
View the Interlending report
The Interlending report displays the number of loans for each material type/local institution/local branch/lending institution/lending branch. This report is easiest to interpret when structured in the following manner:
Material Type A
- For each institution of the local branch
- For each institution of the lending branch
- For each lending branch
- Number of loans (with counts at all levels
- For each lending branch
- For each institution of the lending branch
Material Type B
- For each institution of the local branch
- For each institution of the lending branch
- For each lending branch
- Number of loans (with counts at all levels)
