In-house use statistics

Learn how to create a report of items that have been checked in using the in-house use mode.

Use the In-house use statistics report to find information about items that have been used in your library, but not checked out to a customer. 

Field Description
Institution Choose the institution for the report. If left blank, all institutions are included.
or Branches

If an Institution is not selected, select one or more branches. To select multiple branches, ctrl+click the branch name.

Period
Up to and including
The period of time that the report will reflect.
Details*

Select from the drop-down menu:

  • 0 - None
  • 1 - SCAT
  • 2 - Material
  • 4 - Fixed shelf
  • 8 - Branch

View the In-house use statistics report results

The In-house use statistics report displays the following information, depending on selections: 

  • Branch
  • Details
  • Description
  • In-house total
