Items action list

Learn how to generate a work list of items containing route items and items eligible for BCB actions.

The Items action list overview generates a worklist for items. The items action list contains the route items that were previously in shift route items, and if the BCB module is in use, the items that are eligible for BCB actions, such as relocation, discard, repair, and sales.

Every branch that participates in a route collection and/or the BCB must generate and process the Items action list at least once each week. The worklist provides an overview of the items at the branch that, for example, need to be moved to the next branch, be relocated to a different branch, or go to the BCB administrator.

 Note: This overview is also available in the Wise staff client at Items > BCB/RCB reports > Items action list. 

To create this overview:

  1. Go to Items > Overviews > Items action list. The Items action list overview window opens.
  2. Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.
    Field Description
    Branches* Choose the branch for which the report will display.
    Items

    Select an option:

    • B - only available items
    • A - all items
    Actions

    Select the action(s) you wish to view in the report. Use ctrl+click to select multiple actions.

  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays the following information:

  • Shelf
  • Label
  • Title
  • Author
  • Item barcode
  • Action
