Relocated collection items

Generate an overview of the location of relocated collection items.

The Relocated collection items overview displays what a school branch has from the collection via relocation and when those items were supplied. This overview does not include loose items, it only displays changing collections that are placed at a school via relocation.

To create this overview:

  1. Go to Items > Overviews > Relocated collection items. The Relocated holdings window opens.
  2. Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.
    Field Description
    Collection branch* Select a collection branch (the owner of the collection) to view in the report.
    Location branch* Select a location branch (receiver of the collection) to view in the report. Use ctrl+click to select multiple location branches.
  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays the following information about Relocated collection items:

  • Collection
  • Description
  • Copy
  • Title
  • Author
  • Status
  • Date supplied
  • Return date
