Collections statistics

​The Collections statistics overview provides a statistical overview of all types of temporary collections, except route collections.

To create this overview:

1. Go to Items > Overviews > Collections statistics. The Collections statistics overview window opens.
2. Provide overview information.

   Field	Description
   Period from/to	Enter the period for which the report will be generated.
   Branch from/to	Enter the branches that will send and receive the collection.
   Customer ID	Enter a customer ID
   Sort by	Select a sort option: L - Customer LO - Customer + subject LOS - Customer + subject + type LS - Customer + type LSO - Customer + type + subject O - Subject OL - Subject + customer OLS - Subject + customer + type OS - Subject + type OSL - Subject + type + customer S - Type

3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays the list of collections and statistics about each collection.
