Changing collections

​The Changing collections overview provides a report of all changing collections.

To create this overview:

1. Go to Items > Overviews > Changing collections. The Changing collections overview window opens.
2. Provide overview information.

   Field	Description
   Status	Select the status of the collection from the drop-down menu.
   Subject	Select the subject of the collection from the drop-down menu.
   Sequence number	Enter the sequence number of the collection.
   Type	Select a collection type from the drop-down menu.

3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays the following information about changing collections:

• Collection code
• Owner
• Type
• Status
• Size
• Destination
• Creation date
• Loan date
• Return date
