Generate a report of items relocated by a branch.

The Relocation count overview provides an overview of items that the branch has relocated, to provide insight into numbers and placement of items at the time of the count. Overviews can also be created for items that have been relocated to a specific branch. This overview can be used to charge for items that have been placed at another branch.

To create the Relocation count:

Go to Items > Overviews > Relocation count. The Relocation count overview window opens.

Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.

Field	Description
Relocated from*	Select a branch from the list. This is the branch that originally had the material.
Relocated to	The branch to which items were located from the Relocated by branch. If this field is left empty, the report will include all of the items relocated by the Relocated by branch.
Sorting*	Select the sorting order for the report: 1 - Title 2 - Author 3 - Location

Select a branch from the list. This is the branch that originally had the material.

Relocated to

The branch to which items were located from the Relocated by branch. If this field is left empty, the report will include all of the items relocated by the Relocated by branch.

Sorting*

Select the sorting order for the report:

1 - Title
2 - Author
3 - Location

Click OK. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays the following information:

Barcode
Author
Title
Location
Relocation
Totals
