Label work list
The Label work list overview provides a report of items with an incorrect placement according to the tables configured by the organization. The overview is created in real-time and is always up-to-date. Only the items that have the status In at the time you compile the report are included on the list. It is recommended that parts of the collection are selected for this report. This report can also be used to track gaps or omissions in your placement tables. Remember, tables can sometimes be wrong rather than the item data.
To create this overview:
- Go to Items > Overviews > Label work list. The Label work list overview window opens.
- Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.
Field Description Branch* Select the branch for which the overview will display. You cannot select multiple branches for this overview. Shelves Select a shelf for which the report will display. Use ctrl+click to select multiple shelves. If left blank, all shelves are selected. Materials Select a material type for which the report will display. Use ctrl+click to select multiple material types. If left blank, all material types are selected. Selection* Select the type:
- B - Both, both items with an incorrect label and items with an incorrect shelf
- E - Incorrect label, items with incorrect label
- K - Incorrect shelf, items with incorrect shelf
Note: If you know the walking route code for your shelf, the overview is created for each shelf, sorted by shelf code. Within a shelf, the selected items are sorted by error (current) label.
Email to customer ID Enter a customer ID to which to email the report once it is complete. To email the report, the PJB message type must be configured.
- Click Agree to generate the report immediately or click Run tonight and the report will be generated at the end of the day and emailed to the customer ID included.
The report displays the following information:
- Barcode (item)
- Title
- Label old
- Label new
- NBD category
- SCAT
- Mat. (material type)
