Search for a collection

Learn how to search for existing collections in the Wise staff client.

To search for existing collections:

Go to Items > changing collection. The Collections screen appears.
Select a collection code from the Collection code drop-down list at the bottom of the page. Click OK. All of the collections with that code display on the screen.

Collections can also be searched by scanning the collection barcode into the barcode field at the bottom of the screen.
