View log data for hold requests

Each hold request, with the exception of those with status A (Active/Processing), have a data log that displays information about the request.

To view the log:

  1. Go to to Hold request screen of the request you want to view.
  2. Click Log at the bottom of the screen. The log history window opens.

The following codes are used for logged events:

Code Description
BRT If and how the message to the customer was sent: by email, mail, text, or inbox
PLK When the item was placed on the holds shelf
TRP Data about the transport of the item
STS Manually adjusted status
PLX The copy that was available for the hold has been lent to another customer.
UIT When the item was checked out
OPH Applied when a hold/pick-up location is changed.
