View log data for hold requests
Each hold request, with the exception of those with status A (Active/Processing), have a data log that displays information about the request.
To view the log:
- Go to to Hold request screen of the request you want to view.
- Click Log at the bottom of the screen. The log history window opens.
The following codes are used for logged events:

| BRT | If and how the message to the customer was sent: by email, mail, text, or inbox | 
| PLK | When the item was placed on the holds shelf | 
| TRP | Data about the transport of the item | 
| STS | Manually adjusted status | 
| PLX | The copy that was available for the hold has been lent to another customer. | 
| UIT | When the item was checked out | 
| OPH | Applied when a hold/pick-up location is changed. |
