Outstanding fines, fees, and credit balances

​The Outstanding fines, fees, and credit balances overview displays the total of outstanding fines, fees, and/or credit balances per customer. Outstanding library account fees are not included in this overview. A line will display for each customer, including customer account number, address and, based on the input, an outstanding amount for fines and/or credit balance.

To create this overview:

1. Go to Financial > Overviews > Outstanding fines, fees, and credit balances. The Outstanding fines, fees, and credit balances screen opens.
2. Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk. 

   Field	Description
   Institution	Choose the institution to display in the report. Only select when a specific institution must be displayed. If left blank, the report will display the customers of all institutions.
   Fines, fees, and credit balance*	Select one of the options: 0 - Fines and fees only 1 - Combination of fines, fees, and credit balance 2 - Credit balance only
   Only status deleted*	Select one of the options: 0 - No: All status values except status 9 1 - Yes: Only customers with the status 9

3. Click Create report. The report is generated in your web browser window.
