Message per administration

Learn how to create a report of Customer Support messages based on the staff group that sent the message(s) in the Wise staff client.

The Message per administration overview displays all notifications from a specified handler group in the staff client.

To create this overview:

  1. Go to Customer support > Message per administration. The CS Outstanding messages per owner screen opens.
  2. Provide overview information.
    Field Description
    Processor Select an owner from the drop-down menu.
    Period from Select a start date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group.
    Period up to and including Select an end date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group.
  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays a the same information as the Notifications per customer, divided by Owning group. The following information is included about the messages:

  • Name (customer)
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Subject
  • Date 1
  • Date 2
  • Date 3
  • Status
  • Message number
  • Note
  • Date of contact
  • Message type
  • Owner
