Open messages per owner

Learn how to create a report of all customer support messages sent from a specific owner department in the Wise staff client.

The Open messages per owner displays all notifications from a specific owner in the staff client.

To create this overview:

  1. Go to Customer support > Open messages per owner. The CS Outstanding messages per owner screen opens.
  2. Provide overview information.
    Field Description
    Owner Select an owner from the drop-down menu.
    Period from Select a start date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group.
    Period up to and including Select an end date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group.
  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays a the same information as the Notifications per customer, divided by Owning group. The following information is included about the messages:

  • Name (customer)
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Subject
  • Date 1
  • Date 2
  • Date 3
  • Status
  • Rule
  • Note
  • Date of contact
  • Message type
  • Owner
