Notifications per customer
Learn how to generate a report of customer support notifications per customer in the Wise staff client.
The Notifications per customer overview (56) displays all notifications per customer in the staff client.
To create this overview:
- Go to Customer support > Notifications per customer. The CS messages per customer screen opens.
- Provide overview information.
Field Description Period from Select a start date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group. Period up to and including Select an end date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group. - Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.
The report displays a report with the following information:
- Name (customer)
- Phone
- Subject
- Date 1
- Date 2
- Date 3
- Status
- Rule
- Note
- Date of contact
- Message type
- Processor
