Count status messages per owner

Learn how to create a report to count the number of customer support messages for each message status of messages sent to customers from the Wise staff client.

 

The Count status messages per owner overview displays the status numbers grouped from a specified processing group in the staff client.

To create this overview:

  1. Go to Customer support > Count status messages per owner. The CS Count status messages per owner overview screen opens.
  2. Provide overview information.
    Field Description
    Handling group Select the processing group/department assigned to handle customer messages
    Period from Select a start date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group.
    Period up to and including Select an end date for the overview. If no dates are entered, the system will display all messages for the selected processing group.
  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays the following information:

  • Type of owner
  • Category
  • Quantity
  • Response
  • Resolved
  • Open
  • Processing
  • Closed
