Log & Debug

Find information about the log file within the Wise staff client.

The Log & Debug tab can be used for troubleshooting issues in the staff client. Log & Debug can be accessed in the staff client at Branch Management > Workplace management > Configuration > Log & Debug. 

In the Log file section, you can configure whether logging (system reports) is saved in a file. Within this screen, you can also view the location of the log file. 

 Note: Log files older than three weeks are automatically deleted.
