Sound settings

Sound settings are located in the Wise client at Branch management > Workplace management > Configuration within the Sound settings tab. Sounds can be configured for specific functions in the Wise system and can be configured for each workstation. The Sound settings tab displays a table of all of the events (and a description of that event) that can be configured with a sound.

To change a sound, select a Value from the drop-down list next to the Event to which you want to edit the sound. To restore default sound settings, click Reset at the top of the page.
