Library self-service

Library self-service settings can be accessed in the Wise client at Branch management > Workplace management > Configuration on the Library self-service tab. 

Workstations can be used as self-service machines in the library. Self-service in Wise is a flexible solution for lending points and branches. There is minimal equipment required to use a workstation for self-service. Self-service works with a touch screen or with a monitor/keyboard/mouse, with or without a barcode scanner, with or without RFID and with or without library cards. All the text and images in the self-service module can be modified.
