Communication test

Learn how to run a communication test in the Wise staff client to check the performance of the staff client and server.

The Communication test function performs a test of the staff client connection.

To run a communication test:

Go to Branch management > Workplace management > Communication test. The Data communication and Server test window opens.
Select your test parameters:
- Block
- Pause
- Duration
Click Start. The test is run and results display in the right panel of the window. A progress bar at the bottom of the screen displays the progress of the test.
