Printed messages
Service desk invoices are printed on your local default printer. The style sheet for the service desk is stored locally in the folder where style sheets for receipts are stored. It is possible to reprint a service desk invoice. A copy is stored locally on the hard drive as a PDF in the folder PDF. Files are purged automatically after two weeks.
Because not all library staff have access to locally stored files, the Printed messages function allows staff to view those files.
To view printed messages, go to Branch management > Workplace management > Printed messages. If messages are available to view, a window will open displaying those messages. If no messages are available, the system will indicate that there are no printed messages available.
