Configuration
Find information to configure your Wise staff client workstation.
The workstation that is signed in can be configured via the staff client via Branch management > Workplace management > Configuration.
The configuration window controls the settings of the workstation, such as the use of peripherals, service desk profiles, and how logging is done. For more information, see Workstation Configuration.
