Custom text on receipt

Learn how to customize the text on print receipts for the workstation in the Wise staff manager.

The message that appears at the footer of customer receipts can be customized per branch or workstation. By default, the branch message appears on the receipt.

To customize receipt text:

  1. Go to Branch management > Workplace management > Custom text on receipt. A Custom text on receipt window opens.
    • Edit the Branch text to change the receipt text for all workstations in your branch.
    • Check the Alternative text (only for this service desk) and enter Alternative text to change the receipt text for your workstation.
  2. Click OK. A confirmation message appears if you change the message at the branch level.
