Temporarily disable receipt printer

Learn how to temporarily disable a receipt printer in the Wise staff client.

Select Temporarily disable receipt printer to turn off the receipt printer so that you can complete tasks like bulk processing without generating unnecessary receipts.

To disable the printer, go to Branch management > Workplace management > Temporarily disable receipt printer. Printer functionality is turned off.

When you are ready to resume receipt printing, go to Branch management > Workplace management > Enable receipt printer. Printer functionality is turned on. The printer is also turned back on when the staff client is restarted.
