Wise Community data model

Each OCLC Wise system exchanges data with OCLC's  Wise4all server. This is where all Wise Community data is stored. It also matches titles from the various Wise library systems.

Syncing new titles with the Wise4all server

New titles are synchronized to the Wise4all for each Wise system daily, except on Saturdays. If a title is entered into Wise before 5 p.m., it will be available for use in Wise Community the next day.

The first library to submit a title for synchronization is the “owner” of the title in Wise4all.
