Message history
Find information about enabling and viewing message history in the new OPAC.
Customers can view their message history in My account if Allowed to view message history is selected in the My Menu configuration in the Manager. For more information, see My Menu configuration.
Once enabled, Message history will appear as an option on the My account menu. After clicking on Message history customers will be able to see the same messages that are visible to staff in the Client. Message history is arranged by date. The Subject field describes what kind of message was sent and the title column includes title details related to the message.
A future release will allow customers to view any files generated for the message (ex. for replacement cost billing) in the File column of the message table.
