My purchase requests

Find information about submitting and viewing purchase requests in the Wise OPAC.

When configured, library customers can submit requests for items to be purchased and added to your library's collections via My Account in the web portal. Customer requests are added to a queue of requests and managed by library staff in the Item request manager staff application.

To access the My requests page, log into the OPAC and go to My Account > My purchase requests.
