Inbox
Find information about viewing and deleting notifications sent to the Inbox in My account.
Notifications sent directly from the staff client to a customer appear in the Inbox in My account. The Inbox can be accessed via My account > Inbox or by clicking the letter icon at the top of the page.
Inbox messages are displayed in order of the most recent message. The list of notifications in the Inbox contains basic information such as:
- Date received
- Subject
- Sent by
The full text of the notification can be viewed by clicking on a message line. Messages can be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon on the upper right of the screen when viewing the full text of the notification.
Note: Customers cannot respond to Inbox messages.
