Marketing distribution settings

​ Marketing messages can be sent from a designated marketing branch to a specified cluster of branches. These distribution settings are configured in the Wise configuration manager, in Library organizations.

To configure the sender information displayed when a marketing message is sent, per branch:

1. In the Wise configuration manager, go to Management organizations > Branches.
2. Select the Address details tab.
3. Enter display information in the following fields:

   Field	Example	Description
   Name	123	Description of the organization. This appears in the footer of marketing messages.
   General e-mail address	123@library123.org	Displays as the general sender in a marketing message recipient's inbox. This is also used as the default address when a test message is sent.
   Sender email address	456@library123.org	If a message is opened, this message appears in the footer of the message. This email address is also used for bounce-back messages.
   Website	www.123library.org	The web address for side and ready link formats in marketing messages.
   Application server URL	http://wise_test14.oclcreporting.com	This URL is used in link formats to link titles in the catalog and to retrieve image files used in marketing messages.  Note: Forward slashes (//) must be included to ensure that images display correctly.

4. Click OK to save changes.

When these fields are not configured, the system will default to the values entered in branch 0000.
