Customer data tab
Find information about the Customer data tab within the Customer account screen in the Wise Console.
Note: The Wise Console is still in development, and some features may not yet be available.
The Customer data tab displays customer account information and contains the Summary, Personal, Cards, Roles, and Identity sections.
- Summary
- Functionality in the Summary section of the Customer data tab within the Wise console has not yet been implemented.
- Personal
- Customer information and preferences can be found within the Personal section of the Customer data tab within the Wise console.
- Cards
- Information about library cards can be found in the Cards section of the Customer data tab within the Wise console.
- Roles
- Functionality in the Roles section of the Customer data tab within the Wise console has not yet been implemented.
- Identity
- Learn about functionality within the Identity section of the Customer data tab in the Wise console. Within this area, you can reset passwords and PINs, find membership information, and view and upload customer documents.
- Permissions
- Customer badges can be found within the Permissions section of the Customer Data tab within the Wise console.
