Customer management
Find information about configuring customer types for ticketing in Wise.
Customer type
Customer types are defined at ticketWise > Customer management > Customer type.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Cluster code | The cluster code associated with the customer type. See ticketWise Cluster administrator for more information. |
| Name | Name of the customer type. |
| Price | Price per period in cents. |
| Customer group | Enter one letter representing the customer group. |
| My menu configuration | Not in use. |
| Period | Not in use. |
