Manage triggers

Learn about how the Wise system manages marketing triggers.

 

Each night, the system looks for actions from the day that trigger a marketing action. For each line created by this process, the system determines which actions must be taken. These actions are included in the actor_triggers file.

The following information is included in the action_triggers file:

Field Description
date_trigger

Date on which the trigger was processed

CA_id Number of the campaign on which a customer is registered
MA_id Number of the marketing action that is scheduled
KL_id Number of the customer label that has been written
Notification If no line is found in the (MAT) Marketing membership triggers table, the text No MAT line will display in the notification section

If the action according to the MAT table cannot be executed, the system will provide a brief explanation as to why.

Examples:

  • Opt-out block
  • Unknown CA_id
  • Unknown MA_id
  • Unknown KL_id
  • No action in MAT table
