Hold request process
Learn how to configure hold requests processes in the Wise configuration manager.
Hold request rules and costs are configured in Hold request process. The process is included in the Policy definition.
Create a new Hold request process
- In Wise configuration manager, go to Products and services > Policies > Policy Configuration > Hold request process.
- Click Open next to your library organization.
- Click New at the top of the screen.
- Provide information for the Hold request process.
- Click Ok to save.
Hold request process fields

| Policy table | Hold request processes are configured per the Policy table. This field is automatically filled. |
| Hold request process | A unique 2-digit code for referring to this Hold request process in the Policy table. |

The period in which a line is valid must be included. Multiple periods can be stated per method/volume. The periods do have to line up and cannot overlap. |
